We have three coating lines equipped with knife coaters, where we perform "knife coating processing." Knife coaters can be broadly classified into "knife on roll method" and "knife on air (floating) method." In the "knife on roll method," the coating application amount is controlled by adjusting the gap between the substrate and the knife.
